Christmas 2018

Today we celebrated like the Swiss and the kids opened their presents, and tonight we are having our big Christmas meal. Santa won't arrive until tomorrow, but today the kids opened their presents from their grandparents and aunts/uncles. It gave them the day to enjoy them because tomorrow we leave for Cyprus! We had a great day

Since we moved here, I have decorated our little tree wtih the Christmas cards we receive.  We didn't bring along our ornaments because we were worried that they would break in transport.  I love getting the Christmas cards from our friends and family and I think they are the perfect "ornaments" for our little tree.

The church bells rang for Midnight services.  We live only a block away from a church and the bells always ring like this before service - I love it
